1.   Be at least 18 years old.
2.   You can read, write, and speak English. However,
       there are some exceptions to this rule.
 
3.   You have been a lawful permanent resident of the US
      for at least five years.
4.   You have resided continuously in the U.S. for at least
      five years (3 years if you are married to a U.S. citizen)
      and are physically present in the U.S. half the time.
5.   Demonstrate adequate knowledge of U.S. history and
      government.
6.   You are of good moral character.
